The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and promotion of a comprehensive national home energy rating system establishing it as a brand of intrinsic value to home seekers. He/She will fully establish all requisite market mechanisms, to facilitate maximum uptake of the system and bring the market for same to critical mass.
