Renewable Energy Research, Development & Demonstration Programme Strategy and Call for Proposals
Sustainable Energy Ireland promotes and assists environmentally and economically sustainable production, supply and use of energy in Ireland. The National Development Plan has made funding provision of €223 million to support implementation of the Government’s sustainable energy policy through Sustainable Energy Ireland.
Under this policy, a €16.25 million programme of support for research, development and demonstration on renewable sources of energy and related topics is proposed. A Strategy setting the objectives, content, and priorities for this programme is now available together with a Call for Proposals Information Pack.
Project proposals are now invited under this programme. Conditions of eligibility and funding assistance available are laid out in the Strategy and Information Pack. Applications should be made, in electronic format, on the Application Form available using the link below.
