The purpose of the Low Income Housing Programme is to assist with the establishment of a national plan of action to address fuel poverty in low-income households in Ireland.
The Authority has recently published a programme strategy which outlines the context, objectives and work programme for the period 2002–2006. The document is available both as a hard copy and in electronic format.
